To access the full range of k888 services, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) k888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. k888 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your k888 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. k888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, which may vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your k888 account.
• k888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• k888 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

k888 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering or other financial crimes will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

k888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all k888 promotions include:

• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. k888 will not reverse a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of a verified technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing deposits through your payment provider after using the deposited funds on the Platform.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without k888's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the Platform.
• Use any k888 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.

Any unauthorized use of k888's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which k888 reserves all rights and remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, k888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or software errors beyond k888's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or advice provided on the Platform.
• Losses caused by events outside k888's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. k888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit k888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent k888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
